I am yet to use the towel but I was trying to contact the customer service team prior to ordering and was disheartened by the lack of help they offered. I wanted advice on side and also info on personalisation and I didn’t get this info.
I ended up ordering the large Bora Bora towel and paying to get it personalised elsewhere due to not being able to do it on their website despite them advertising this.
