I’ll be honest I haven’t received my order yet, I already have a beach towel and I’m a big fan, what a fabulous company!
However when you ask Royal Mail to re deliver on a Saturday and they try on a Tuesday when you’re at work it’s a little grating.
I’ve only left feedback as I would like a chance to win back the value of my order, surprised I was asked to be honest.
One day it’ll arrive, I believe!
