Four stars because no matter how good you are, there is always room for improvement. However, I am struggling to find fault with this company. Quality of goods are superior even the packaging it came in. Service from easy ordering to fast delivery was brilliant. I have not had to deal with any after sales service so can’t comment on that. From my experiences so far of twice purchasing sets of towels, I can say I will definitely make more orders. Thank you for making the online experience so straight forward.
