It was ok, delivery did not arrive so had to chase it, tracking link did not work but they dealt with it well and offered replacement goods at no extra cost and on express delivery, trouble was they were out of stock of the towels I wanted but I made a choice and am happy now goods arrived as one was a present. Bit stressful having to wait and chase up but they have been very professional and polite in dealing with it. Think they are a victim of the poor Royal Mail service at the moment so may should stick with couriers as the replacement order was delivered very quickly.
