I was pleased to be able to buy from (and support) a small company. After a hitch with the delivery (it didn't turn up) Dock & Bay sorted it out quickly and the goods arrived. Was really chuffed with them - beautifully presented and I think my friends will be very pleased with their gifts. I'm not a fan of the 'style' of sending emails with lots of emojis in, particularly when you're making a complaint about the non-arrival of a package, but that's probably just me! I'm thrilled with the items I purchased (hair wraps) and how they're beautifully presented in boxes. I hope to use the company again
