I am very sad not to be able to leave positive feedback. I recently ordered a small adult sized poncho for my granddaughter's birthday. On the day of her birthday we went to the beach for the afternoon, where she wore the poncho. We noticed to our great surprise during the afternoon that the seam stitching below the armholes was already coming undone. I believe my daughter will be in touch with your customer service department.
