I have had a towel from dock and bay gifted to me- it was great to use but unfortunately the colour ran. The customer support at dock and bay was excellent and I was sent a replacement- which seems to be fine so far. I have recently bought personalised towels for friends. The first order had varied spacing between the letters of a name that looked odd and bunching of the towel around the embroidery. I was unhappy and checked if this could be changed and was told it could be. Unfortunately the second order is exactly the same as the first. I had wanted the towel to be personalised to David and it has been spaced as D A V ID on the towel instead of an equal spacing of D A V I D. I would advise best to skip the personalisation unless just initials- as it seems to be unpredictable what spacing might be used. I unfortunately don’t want to gift this so have enquired about options to refund and waiting for customer services.
