Ordered before from you guys and been very impressed however the most recent order I have been let down with, was ordered for my girlfriend and was due to come before her holiday, she has since gone and come back and it still hasn’t made it there, citing embroidery issues, this is particularly frustrating as I’d purchased the quickest delivery option so that it would come before she went away.
