This was my second order of some beach towels as Christmas presents. I was waiting longer for this delivery - and then found out that stock had run out. I was given the option of a refund or change of colour. I requested a change of colour on the condition I could receive it within 48 hours. Whilst there wasn’t confirmation of this it did arrive within the time frame! In summary …. Great to hear the towels are popular but maybe communication could be improved. As for the quality of the towels I cannot confirm as they are gifts.
