Two children's ponchos were dispatched promptly . The seam was coming apart on one so I contacted DnB , offering to sew the seam myself in return for a partial refund. DnB agreed. Their communication was good. They offered me 25%. Fair enough I thought. BUT they applied to 25% to the towel which was priced as half price on their promotion - refunding me a miserly £3. I wish I'd requested a complete exchange 🥴
