I would have given 5 - the produts themselves are lovely. I marked it down however as despite ordering a 'large' poncho I was sent a medium. The tag affixed to the poncho bag said 'large' but the tickets sewn into the bag and the poncho were medium. I didn't realise this until I was on holiday so it was too late to return the item. Also the new customer discount was not applied after placing my order and I had to query this with customer services. They did rectify this on the day.
