The product was exactly what I was looking for. I ordered 5 as gifts for my daughter’s teachers.
I paid for the expedited shipping- and I did not receive them in 3 days. I did not receive them until 7 days after my order. Which the regular shipping time. I did not receive a refund for the extra cost of expedited shipping. No one emailed me back after I emailed multiple time to see if I could get my shipping cost refunded.
I will not order again based on inability to contact anyone.
