The ordering process was a bit of a mess. The order was received but the payment didn’t go though as indicated with no way of knowing if my order was being processed or not. My first message to customer service wasn’t received but the second one finally was. Once I managed get in touch with a team member, it was resolved in a professional and timely manner. It was well worth the wait though, I am very happy with my purchase.
