Ordered a towel poncho, item split along the seem with first use, contacted customer service and it took 3 emails i think via a bot to get return number. Completely ignored my request offering 25% discount to keep it. The box of how long it took for them to reply is deliberatly edged to under an hour, 2-3 hours, 3-6 hours 8-12 hours or over one week, it was 3 days.... so not even a option to put that in my review. Poor service
