My order was incorrect so I was asked to return the towels that were wrong. I ordered 3 sets of 6 towels. I ordered 2 rainbow and 1 pastel but they reversed that. They sent me a label but I had no way to print so I had to pay the UPS store to print it. I still haven't received my replacement and I have not gotten any confirmation on return. I understand errors but it shouldn't be on me to fix the mistake. You already have my money but I still don't have my towels.
