I really love the brand and the products. However, I placed the order and no confirmation was send back. After a week waiting for the product, I contact the support people, who told me that the order was not received by the warehouse. They offered me two options: fast shippment at no extra cost or cancel the order & refund. Hope this case is just an error and this does not happen to everybody. I’d love to place more orders in the future.
