I can’t comment on the quality of the towels because I sent this as a thank you gift to our friends, but the customer service I received while placing these customized towels was fabulous! Helped describe what the customization would look like, where it would be placed on the towel and helped with placing the large order so I saved myself a little money. and the communication was all very timely.
