Hi
I never received the towels ordered as I was told the courier couldn’t make contact with me but I never received notification that they tried to deliver. My apartment isn’t easy to access but if they had called I’d have made arrangements with them to redirect or redeliver
I was then told I’d had to restart my order again as it had been cancelled but not keen to do this is deliver is an issue as I’m not always at home to receive the goods
