Towels are brilliant! Customer service not so!! In error I double ordered but was told I hadn’t, got charged twice and have spent over a month or more with numerous e-mails and phone calls, and proof of posting back trying to prove it. Finally they have just admitted there was an error on their part and are refunding me. Probably won’t be buying any more 😢
