I placed an order for 4 quick cool towels which 1. I assume were actual TOWELS and 2. assumed I'd receive the colors I ordered (see photo below). Not only are they tiny neck wraps, but I received 4 of the wrong colors. I had to pay $8 to return their mistake. After 5-7 emails, why D&B wouldn't give me free return shipping is beyond me. I will NOT purchase again.
