Hi I was very happy with the delivery time, however I have contacted the company on 8th February, and again on the 15th February, advising I would like to exchange the large for the medium size, and yet no contact from them, they have acknowledged that they have received my request and they will usually respond in 48 hours........no contact. Need to be far more responsive!
