I ordered 2 hair towels and got a shipping confirmation in a decent amount of time. Still after a few days of receiving my tracking info there was still no updates. I reached out to the customer service team. It took them a couple days to reply and they told me I was provided with Australia tracking and that shouldn’t have happened. I was told my information was sent to the fulfillment department and they would update me with the correct tracking. It has been 4 days since that response and I still do not have tracking and do not know where my order is or if it is still coming. My order was placed 10 days ago and I received my shipping information the same day. I was excited about the product but am very disappointed in the customer support.
