I have to say, that I love Dock And Bay as their products have always been great and their service better. On this occasion, I purchased some masks which were no good. The large came up quite small and they were very thick and could not be breathed through making them unfit for purpose. Although polite and helpful, they would not take back the still sealed ones and would only offer 50% credit which leaves me with £20 of useless products :((
