I ordered 4 towels with a special deal they were having. Unfortunately I returned the towels beacuse they did not feel as soft as I thought they would be. The customer service department was great and helpful with processing my return. However, I had to pay for the return of the items and it was not cheap. I would have preferred they provided a return label and charged me a nominal fee for the return. I did receive my refund in a timely manner.
