I ordered 4 face masks on 15th July. Hermes sent me an email on 17th July stating the parcel will be delivered that day. The parcel was not delivered even though I was in all day. I did not receive an email stating failed delivery instead I had to chase up what happened. It is 29th July and I still have not received my parcel. Very poor service from Hermes.
