I was very disappointed with the face mask. It doesn't fit well and it was made in China. I've looked back on the web site and it does say in the small print that it was made in China but I assumed with the company's emphasis on ethics that they wouldn't be manufacturing in China.
I have previously bought a towel from Dock & Bay and that came with a mark on it. I didn't bother complaining as it washed off but I'm going to give up on them now.
