The masks I ordered were too big to fit on my face - they fell down to my chest. Dock and bay sent a size down, which fitted, but were poorly made; the hem of one can't lose within a few hours of wearing it. The only reason I give them 2 stars not 1, is because their customer service was good. Their masks are shoddy quality, and in my opinion they should remove this product from sales until they have improved it.
