Great service but disappointing product - all four masks were different sizes and two were so large that they required adjusting. Also, it is disappointing that we are not using British suppliers for something as simple as this, it would surely be easier to manage inconsistencies within products. If I’d have realised, I wouldn’t have ordered from you.
In addition to this, since I have learned more about face coverings, I would now opt for materials that are likely to be more effective in filtering. I appreciate that these are not medical grade and this is clearly stated on the website, however there are more effective materials, so wouldn’t it be of benefit to us all if these were used instead, for ethical reasons?
However, when I complained about the size issues, the response was excellent and I was offered an exchange or 50% refund which was dealt with very quickly, so I cannot fault the service at all.
