I have a extremely fuel efficient 40 foot trawler, however with a single underpowered screw, wide beam and huge windage with fly bridge, she was impossible to control in the marina. Every dock job was a huge challenge and sometimes required several people to pull me into a slip. Dockmate has completely changed all that. I was able to dock the boat stern in to be rafted to another boat in a very narrow channel in a completely overbooked marina and with wind pushing me away from the raft with no help whatsoever.
