UPDATE: the product continues to work great but their service and warranty is all talk and no action. The horn button on my very, very expensive dockmate has failed. They said they think it's a fuse. However, they want me to find it and change it. If they send a service person and it is a fuse, they will charge me. No word on how much. I expected much better. I have sent this company several referrals and I regret that decision. If that is their normal practice I don't expect them to be around very long. Very disappointed 😞
