Ive been using do fasting for the last I think 9months. Ups and downs, sometimes I forget about the app and I come back to it once I feel that my body needs restart. Calorie log could be better but all in all I think it is a great product. Oh and I also ordered supplements, I did not like the taste but I it does its job. Donatella.
