It worked great for the first couple of weeks, then the app started to freeze up. I would have to power off my phone in order to be able to exit one page (e.g, the add calories or the update weight). Then I started receiving messages that I was not fasting when I had been. It sometimes doesn’t add the calories, and today it is showing that I didn’t fast yesterday (incorrect) so I can’t look back to check my progress. It would be nice if a tech person responded to emails. I really liked the features of this app, but will likely cancel this subscription and find a more reliable alternative. There has not been any option to call, text or email to resolve technical issues.
