We ordered a medium kennel from you and found that it was too big and wanted to order the smaller size. When we spoke to your office they were very unhelpful and would not even help with returning this one to them. I have now returned the said kennel and still have not received a refund. I will never buy anything from you again and will advise my friends with animal of my experience.
