“A very well made and sturdy bed, my dog loves the high sides he disappears in it. The removable cushion keeps its shape nicely and is nice and spongy but I do think it has flattened a little. All in all my dog loves it.”

“Update to earlier 1 Star review…. I was able to make contact with the company in the end via their platform on eBay. No explanation was given about the lack of adequate contact info on their website but they did apologise and provided me with a prompt refund for the missing item (which was out of stock).”

“Missing dog bed. No viable way to make contact to enquire or remedy despite reference to customer services on the website. No telephone number and the 2 email addresses on the website both bounced back. Feels like a con. Be very wary.”

“I bought the extra large pet carrier, following all your information. On arrival at the Aegean airlines checkin at Heathrow airport, the case and thereby my dog was rejected due to the case being too small. This was extremely distressing, and expensive, in the end I ditched the case and was fortunate to find another one from Pets Direct who are situated within Heathrow. Extremely dissatisfied.”

“We have a 55kg Rottweiler and after major surgery we where advised by the vet to keep her calm and restrict her movement and this crate/ cage was perfect… easy to assembly and very sturdy and a total bargain after seeing them on EBay second hand for more money…front and side entrance gates work for us and both us and are baby Rottweiler are delighted with the quality and price…!!!”
