Website was great, easy to manage and manoeuvre albeit quite pricey.
My main concern is not with the website but the manner in which I was treated by potential customers. I understand it’s out of your control but I encountered far more hostility and abusive rhetoric than what I was expecting. There must be a potential way to encourage customers to act in a respectful and responsible manner rather than to become abusive when they fixate on a price over the wellbeing of an animal.
