Sometimes hard to advertise dogs ,department of agriculture says they are not worried about anyone selling less than 20 dogs or pups in any given year ,your laws restrict people from selling more than 6 ,I'm a farmer and have herd number and licence to farm ,you will loose customers with keeping people under 6 pups/dogs
