Poor customer service & were deeply disappointed with the rehoming process. We visited dogs trust Shrewsbury and met the dog we wanted so filled out the appropriate application form but were told the dog would be advertised online as part of the “protocol” The dog was never advertised online (I was checking regularly) & after making numerous enquiries we were told that the dog had already found a home before they even allocated the specific amount of days to find a suitable owner. We were never informed of anything post application and the rehoming procedure is appalling so don’t waste your time!
