I purchased your black Audri shoulder bag for my daughter, within 5 months it was falling apart. I sent emails and photos to customer service asking for a replacement or repair… I was told “ Thank you for contacting us. I sincerely apologize for your experience and I completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, too much time has passed since your order was delivered and we are no longer able to provide a resolution for this particular order.

Why would I buy anything else from a company that does not stand by your products! They are cheaply made and your reviews are terrible!
