Ordered boots 8/21. No shipping update by two weeks later 9/5. Emailed customer service and they indicated they were unsure of fulfillment. Called 9/13 & told still unsure as stock was low. Totally Unacceptable! You should know 3 weeks in if stock is available or not! Will never order from them again. Horrible business policy. AVOID THEM AND ORDER FROM ANOTHER VENDOR!
