Shoes good but fulfillment process is awful. Twice in a row I ordered, got a confirmation but still no tracking a week or more later. Emailed customer service to be told they’re unsure of inventory and will keep trying to locate. I just told them to cancel since they couldn’t even provide an eta on that process. No effort made on both occasions to compensate for lost trust and time.
