I placed an order when they had a discount sale was so happy and thrilled even paid extra to have it ship right away had been waiting for ever to get a deal finally did and then the order got lost which yes I know it’s not the companies fault and I did get refund . However when I ask for replacement item they said they couldn’t help, then I asked to receive a discount on other item to compensate because I feel it wasn’t my fault either that the package was lost they said no more or less was t anything beside a refund to offer which to me is poor customer service . Which they also took a long time to respond to my lost order in the first place which then made me lose money on a photo shot because the issue took basically a month to solve and pretty much felt they didn’t care to deal with me after I got refund they just ignored my emails which again bad customer service. over was left feeling sad frustrated n lost I personally don’t think I will ever order again or recommend after the service I received just felt like a business that only cares about making money not there customers happiness!
