My experience started as a simple error. It should never have got to this point where I feel the need to review a label I have loved and they felt that after causing me so much trouble and grief that black listing me was a good move. During a sale I purchased 3 dresses. When they arrived one of them was the wrong style. Simple...return and we'll send you the correct one. I sent them a photo of the dress sent and explained it was labeled incorrectly and asked they check my order before sending replacement. On this day I was unable to return home due to floods and would spend the next two weeks battling floods myself and rescuing wildlife that would then come into my care as a licensed carer. It has been exhausting and emotional...it still is! Not all the poor animals survive inspite of 24/7 atte tion.. I seek solice in my love for fashion...a little reward when times are tough. So, they sent a replacement and I travelled half an hour to another town to post the wrong dress back. The replacement arrived quickly. I was excited...my daughter was excited.. I'd been in waders all week and she in gumboots. But. It was the same WRONG DRESS. I emailed right away and did not receive a reply for 2 days. I was quite anxious and very easily annoyed I admit, I was not as patient as I would be on a normal day...or week. I own that! But when you're having a tough time and a service does not serve you with respect... well you're going to get antsy!! Without consulting me my order was canceled and a refund sent....which is jot what I wanted. These are limited edition dresses!! I wanted the dress. So I emailed again...again ignored...I messaged on Facebook...twice...ignored...after a week I got a one sentence email!!! I replied immediately and again had to wait a couple of days! 15 emails I sent to sort a problem any other company would have been embarrassed for! But this is no regular company. Customer service are not professionals. They are the son and daughter of the designer. They are above any upset customer. They are above owning their mistakes. Instead they block the loyal customer. . Absolutely no respect. I am lucky I guess I'm not one of the USA customers because they'd likely be blocked without even trying to fix the error as it would cost them too much in postage. Because that's what it came down to...they did not want to pay the return postage and send me the right dress. $10 this rubbish is over! This will not stop me getting Dollcake dresses. They are all over ebay, I have friend who can order for me...so they've not achieved anything by blocking me except showing their lack of respect for customers which now all of you reading this will know. While their dresses are pretty "Mean Girls" and ""Kardashians" come to mind regarding customer service, other reviews also reflect this.
