Ordered the Donna Red Rose dress, so pleased with it but had to return for another size. Returned the dress, confirmation the dress was received two days later yet no refund within the 7 working days as stated in returns policy. Had to email to ask for the refund, reply was very prompt and stated I would now get a refund within 10 working days, still waiting. Have now received the new dress which is lovely, nice material very good price for the quality. Shame about the returns issue.
