Sadly I am having to return the dresses, on one dress the zip at the neckline does not line up properly and the zip at the neckline of the other hasn’t been finished correctly. I love the styles, but think the workmanship could be improved. I am away from home so cannot review the returns procedure.

I ordered my chosen dress for a celebration in August so not had the pleasure to wear it for long 😁 however have to say so well made, the fabric is soft and flowing. When I tried it on I was delighted normally there's imperfections in sizes and I'm not normally 100% . This is the 1st time I've used Dolly and Dotty and will look there first for what I need thank you 🙏

The strawberry dress is a very heavy stretchy fabric, especially for a summery looking style. I’ve returned it , 2 weeks ago but haven’t yet had a refund

Dress is great quality and a good fit. I bought this for my daughter for ger school prom, dress and petticoat- she is very pleased and can't wait to wear it. She doesn't normally wear dresses but was attracted to the quirkiness of this mint green duck dress. We measured her using the size chart and ordered size 10 and is perfect fit.

Great service from Dolly Dotty . My dress arrived very quickly and well packaged . I did have to return it because it was too big . But they refunded me with no quibble. I do recommend these guys and i'll defo but from then again

Dress was very lovely, generous fitting, quality materials, really unique vintage print, it was too large so i sadly had to return it, the reason for 3 stars is the very challenging return service or lack of one, it is very expensive and its on to you to find the method of a return and make your own lable and return note!, the return address on the parcel is different to the one on the website, thankfully i checked before returning, it cost me £9.95 too return my dress securely, not the suggested £4.50, its been 8 days sinced its been signed at the time of writing this, it had been recieved back and i am still awaiting a refund,

Please note the above score refers to your refund process ONLY. At the end of March I ordered two dresses. Unfortunately, one of these was too big and was returned to you on 3rd April. Royal Mail tracking indicates that this was delivered on 6th April. To date ( 16th April) I have not received any contact from you to confirm or acknowledge this, I have also not yet received the expected refund which is disappointing. Whilst there was no invoice enclosed with the order - I enclosed my full details, order reference number and reason for return to enable a speedy refund. I had a similar experience when last year I ordered two of the same dress in different sizes. I returned one and after two weeks of hearing nothing contacted you by email chasing the refund. Whilst I am more than happy with the five dresses and petticoat I have purchased - your refund process needs to be reviewed.

The dress I order was beautiful. The pattern and the colours went together wonderfully. But unfortunately it was to big for me. It has been returned, but I am still waiting for my payment to be refunded.

Great fit but not 100% on the colour as it's much brighter than the picture. I couldn't return as there was no invoice enclosed or any other paperwork for that matter. So I'm stuck with it. Its a shame as I would have probably sent it back and chosen the sage green instead.
