I love the quirky prints and the different styles. Customer service communication has been good. But one dress zip has broken after 5 wears and another dress zip feels like it is sticking a lot. The dresses are pricey so this is not good and puts me off ordering more.

Lovely, unique clothes and reasonably priced. Fit is pretty much spot on. Only issue I've had is that after washing the jumpsuit, the zip has broken so that's reflected in the rating.

The dress was such a gorgeous pattern and cut, great quality too. Unfortunately, it was far too heavy for me to wear as I struggle with mobility issues. I also struggled with the sizing as I was too broad shouldered and big-chested for the top half, yet the bottom was too big. I cannot fault the customer service however, it was impeccable. Having worked in retail myself for many years, it was such a delight to have prompt, friendly and useful assistance. And I cannot praise them enough.

Overall the ordering and delivery was simple . it was returning the unwated garment i had problems with. the return address on the item was different to the suggested return address on the website . The message was basic just return the item ( how do you know who is returning the item and where to refund?) some customers might not have the forthought of including their order number as you returns policy doesnt state this is required . I would suggest either including a form in the packages or including order number is necessary on returns if a refund is required. on your returns policy . I cant be the ownly customer who buys 2 sizes to check which fits best.

First time buyer and unfortunately will not be buying again!!! I recently purchased the Billie UFO & Alien dress, I am living in Ireland and was charged €12.58 customs charges to receive my dress. Dolly & Dotty never advised this and it is not stated when in the payment section. So after paying €14.50 for postage and packaging and the customs charges I paid nearly €60 for a dress that was priced at €30!🫤 The package came from Germany but because the price on the packaging was in Sterling customs took their piece!!!

Since Brexit, international shipping to countries like Ireland can incur additional customs charges depending on the value of the order, and this is something we’re unable to influence. We ship from our warehouse in Northampton, UK, to Germany, which then forwards all international orders. There was black marks on the dress, unfortunately due to wanting to wear the dress for an occasion I had to make do. Other than the above, the dress was well made and a good fit

The dresses were great but the size Guide on your shop is a little bit wrong. And didnt feel great to have to spend another 26euro just to get it through Swedish costums. So great dresses a bit big in size and didnt like to spend in total 50 euro ok shipping in total 😅

Lovely dress, but unfortunately not true to size. I have another one in this style and shape but different pattern, but the first one with roses on was a true 16, this one, also size 16 with flamingo print was too small.

Nice dress but had to return it as it was gaping a lot under the arms.I was going to alter it but decided against it as it wasn't particularly cheap.

Was delighted with the dress when I eventually received it and fit perfectly when I tried it on. When I went to put it on New Year’s Eve within 5 mins of wearing the dress the zip broke. Thankfully it was before I went to the party as it would have been an embarrassing moment had it happened later. Also lucky I had a back up dress as I was away at the time

Purchasing and shipping all went well. Packaging fine; arrived a little wrinkled but I always wash before wearing anyway. Might have ordered more if it weren't so hard to weed out the polyester items.

Ordered 2 dresses both excellent quality. Had to return one as it didn't suit. Return easy enough but still waiting a week later for the refund. I'm surethey will deal with it very soon.

Mixed feelings. First up, the dress fabric washes beautifully, the seams and hems are well finished, and the fit on both dresses is good: both dresses do have extra fabric above bust, but then I was handed out a small back, narrow shoulders and big bust, so I’m used to having to add darts if the neckline is particularly baggy. The V neck of the Fox dress lies better than the scoop neck of the dinosaurs. For some reason I thought the dresses were cotton, don’t ask me why , so I was surprised by the fabric, but what still confuses me is, why do you put zips in jersey dresses? I didn't notice a zip being there and pulled both dresses (individually) over my head, where they fit beautifully. However, by the time I’d got dressed and left the house, the zip had started itching, and raising welts, not calming down one iota all day nor after the 2nd or third washes. In order to wear them, I have to wear a long line tank top under the dress to protect my skin. This took the review down one star for me. I don’t react to anything else on the dresses, not even the brand label (which I have to snip out of 90% of my clothes, so 5⭐️for your brand label and stitching). The button sleeves are a lovely detail, but were very fiddly to do up-maybe do the buttons up before dispatch? Sadly on the alterations list there’s no option for a zip flap to cover the inside of the zip where it rests against skin, nor is there an option to not have the zip at all. I can see myself coming back to the site to buy more dresses in the future if the zip alterations are available options. I love the fabric design, I love the pockets, and I love the way the dresses do fit and flare. The skirts are not so flared that my wheelchair starts eating the fabric, which is a + in the inclusivity column; were I not able to pull on the dresses the zipper would put me off buying anyway because I know I cant, but I can’t think of anyone with mobility issues being able to zip up such a long zip by themselves. So that’s why they lost one star for inclusivity but kept one for the midi length and volume working very well for wheelchair movement. Overall, the dresses are on the generous size for fit, the prints are clear and crisp throughout the whole dress and there’s clearly a lot of passion and care built into the brand from design to dispatch.
