Dress was very lovely, generous fitting, quality materials, really unique vintage print, it was too large so i sadly had to return it, the reason for 3 stars is the very challenging return service or lack of one, it is very expensive and its on to you to find the method of a return and make your own lable and return note!, the return address on the parcel is different to the one on the website, thankfully i checked before returning, it cost me £9.95 too return my dress securely, not the suggested £4.50, its been 8 days sinced its been signed at the time of writing this, it had been recieved back and i am still awaiting a refund,

The dresses were both lovely, but were too big one the shoulder. I had to return them which wouldnt have usually been and issue as i would have then ordered a smaller size, but with the return costing £12 it is too much of a risk to takewhich cost £12 incase it doesn't fit again

White petticoat was longer than dress , quality is good but didn’t match my expectations. I return my purchase as per instructions more then 2 weeks ago , haven’t received the refund yet.

Beautiful dress unfortunately ordered the wrong size and despite immediately trying to change the size the wrong size was posted out I would reorder the dress but the sizes are really off putting I wouldn’t have a clue what size to get

I bought a size larger than normal as some independent shop sizes tend to be small. Unfortunately I had to return both dresses at a cost to me.

Love the shop and will most likely order again! The dresses are of quality and I am learning which styles fit me best for future purchases. I DID have problems with the postage for this, my phone number nor my email was somehow connected despite me having ordered from the same shop just a day before and I got the package without any problems. I had to personally contact FedEx after 2 weeks of being "on the way". So it took me over 3 weeks to get my order.

I ordered two dresses in different sizes. I have returned the one and awaiting a refund. I ordered another dress which had a fault in the material again I am awaiting a refund. The dress I bought is beautiful and I have no issues with this one

The dress I ordered was very nice and of good quality. I received it pretty quickly. Unfortunately I the top half was too tight across the bust so I had to send it back. Returns aren’t free and I’m still awaiting my refund. That puts me off ordering again from this vendor. It’s worth noting that I returned something else to a high st store on the same day and received confirmation they had received it a couple of days after I posted it & I have also received a full refund.

Our dresses are true to size but if you are in between sizes it will be best to order the size up so it will be more comfortable as the cotton dresses don't have much stretch on them but the polyester is stretchy. Every product also has a size chart and I also suggest you refer to that to make sure you get the best size according to the product description and measurements. I am torn - I love some of the dresses but I have placed two orders in recent months, had to return an item from each order and have had to chase for a refund both times which is really disappointing. Really puts me off ordering again.
