The dress was such a gorgeous pattern and cut, great quality too. Unfortunately, it was far too heavy for me to wear as I struggle with mobility issues. I also struggled with the sizing as I was too broad shouldered and big-chested for the top half, yet the bottom was too big.
I cannot fault the customer service however, it was impeccable. Having worked in retail myself for many years, it was such a delight to have prompt, friendly and useful assistance. And I cannot praise them enough.
