Unfortunately the dress was lovely but faulty stitching . I shared photos and had a swift response. Thank you I was Promised a refund, which I did receive but as the dress was faulty I was promised a refund of the postage charges. This has not been refunded ☹️ still waiting!

Please check it as I think you used your alternate email to contact us and we just replied to the same email address you used. The listing does describe the dress as “ivory white” or “off-white,” which is slightly different from a true bright white. I bought a beautiful green polka dot dress which I love. I also bought an expensive petticoat which was too big and too long. I returned the petticoat many weeks ago and have not even had an acknowledgment let alone a credit. Would not recommend this company.

the dress I finally bought is gorgeous (darlene). Fit was true to size. unfortunately the 2 garments I returned that didn't fit, although I followed instructions I never received my money back ! so disappointed

Unfortunately all three dresses did not fit one was a little snug one was massive and the other was not a good fit and not too flattering I ordered all the same size. I am also not happy about more than £11 to send them back and the procedure for this has made me nervous as there is no return note I am waiting for my refund. Delivery was fine

Unfortunately I had to send back the two dresses. One because the inside of the sleeve was white, which really spoilt the look of the dress, as ordered for a wedding. The other one unfortunately just didn't suit me. But I still haven't received any refund for these dresses, which by now I should off. So now feel it's going to be hassle getting my refund.

Unfortunately I got sent the wrong dress and was told I could return and be resent the correct on but they knew it had been labelled incorrectly. Then no confirmation of the arrival or my returns nor that my other dress had been sent out. Communication could definitely improve for customer service.

The dress was fine, but very poor customer service with the online messaging 'chat'. I ordered two dresses, the correct money for two dresses was taken from my account, but due to some sort of glitch only one dress was registered as ordered. I have received the dress that 'registered', and I have been in contact since then to try and get my second dress. No one has bothered to get back to me after the initial reply to my first message. I'm not very happy about this.
