I ordered two dresses in different sizes. I have returned the one and awaiting a refund. I ordered another dress which had a fault in the material again I am awaiting a refund. The dress I bought is beautiful and I have no issues with this one

The dress I ordered was very nice and of good quality. I received it pretty quickly. Unfortunately I the top half was too tight across the bust so I had to send it back. Returns aren’t free and I’m still awaiting my refund. That puts me off ordering again from this vendor. It’s worth noting that I returned something else to a high st store on the same day and received confirmation they had received it a couple of days after I posted it & I have also received a full refund.

Our dresses are true to size but if you are in between sizes it will be best to order the size up so it will be more comfortable as the cotton dresses don't have much stretch on them but the polyester is stretchy. Every product also has a size chart and I also suggest you refer to that to make sure you get the best size according to the product description and measurements. Love your dresses! However have you changed your sizes, I removed tags before trying on and the dresses are tight unable to wear.

I am torn - I love some of the dresses but I have placed two orders in recent months, had to return an item from each order and have had to chase for a refund both times which is really disappointing. Really puts me off ordering again.

The dress is lovely, it's big in size, so I'd go one size down, but I can't speak for all their dresses, but this one was big anyway. Quick customer service, but very slow when it comes to refund. It was a while back that I sent the first dress back as it was too big, and 2 weeks later I still haven't heard anything about the refund. Hence the 3 stars and not 5.

I placed my order and it was quick to be received. It arrived on 10th of the month and one dress returned 5 days later due to a weekend. It is now 15 days later since the return and am still waiting any correspondence of any refund being processed. This is why I have given 3 stars as I don't even know they have received the item. Let alone my refund is being processed. The items themselves were excellent quality and really liked just wasn't the wasn't right size. If it comes back in the size required and I have my refund I will reorder. Perhaps some improvement could be made on returns process and earn a 5 star rating.

Delivery was ok but the parcel contained no invoice and no instructions on how to return the items. Had to look up on the web site so a bit awkward
