“Lovely, unique clothes and reasonably priced. Fit is pretty much spot on. Only issue I've had is that after washing the jumpsuit, the zip has broken so that's reflected in the rating.”

“Lovely quality retro style clothing. Excellent online service. Fast dispatch and delivery. Free returns would be amazing as it’s a bit of a risk ordering if unsure of size and then paying delivery and return costs if an item doesn’t fit.”

“The dress was such a gorgeous pattern and cut, great quality too. Unfortunately, it was far too heavy for me to wear as I struggle with mobility issues. I also struggled with the sizing as I was too broad shouldered and big-chested for the top half, yet the bottom was too big. I cannot fault the customer service however, it was impeccable. Having worked in retail myself for many years, it was such a delight to have prompt, friendly and useful assistance. And I cannot praise them enough.”

“Really nicely made dress and jumpsuit very reasonably priced. I loved the choice of patterns and designs. Delivery was quick and efficient and so was the return ( I risked a colour which didn’t work on me but will order the same dress in navy)”

“great communication, easy ordering, and excellent returns. I ordered 2 different styles, so had to return one. It was processed within the day Dolly and Dotty even sent a video to show how to fasten the wraparound. Their responsiveness to messages is excellent”

“Overall the ordering and delivery was simple . it was returning the unwated garment i had problems with. the return address on the item was different to the suggested return address on the website . The message was basic just return the item ( how do you know who is returning the item and where to refund?) some customers might not have the forthought of including their order number as you returns policy doesnt state this is required . I would suggest either including a form in the packages or including order number is necessary on returns if a refund is required. on your returns policy . I cant be the ownly customer who buys 2 sizes to check which fits best.”

We no longer include paperwork in the parcels as our third-party dispatch warehouse has made the move to go green, a positive step for the environment, though we understand it does mean fewer printed instructions inside the parcel. You also raise an excellent point about the order number. Although many customers do include it naturally, you're right that it should be clearly stated as necessary for processing refunds smoothly.
