“Really love this style of dress and found this website through a Google search. Beautiful dresses. I’m a bit top heavy so after measuring everywhere and reading the reviews decided to size down as suggested but when it came it was still too big. Sent back no fuss and reordered this pattern in the smaller size. Beautiful dress that fits really lovely. I will say it is quite long on me even though I am 5ft 8. I am looking forward to wearing it soon.”

“First time buyer and unfortunately will not be buying again!!! I recently purchased the Billie UFO & Alien dress, I am living in Ireland and was charged €12.58 customs charges to receive my dress. Dolly & Dotty never advised this and it is not stated when in the payment section. So after paying €14.50 for postage and packaging and the customs charges I paid nearly €60 for a dress that was priced at €30!🫤 The package came from Germany but because the price on the packaging was in Sterling customs took their piece!!!”

As a company, we do our best to provide clear and transparent pricing, but unfortunately, we don’t have control over customs fees. Since Brexit, international shipping to countries like Ireland can incur additional customs charges depending on the value of the order, and this is something we’re unable to influence. We ship from our warehouse in Northampton, UK, to Germany, which then forwards all international orders. “The dresses were great but the size Guide on your shop is a little bit wrong. And didnt feel great to have to spend another 26euro just to get it through Swedish costums. So great dresses a bit big in size and didnt like to spend in total 50 euro ok shipping in total 😅”
